About the role

We are seeking a reliable Physical Agent to support our Amazon Private Label seller account. The role involves hands‑on product handling, coordination with suppliers and warehouses, and ensuring smooth shipment preparation for Amazon FBA.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with product sourcing and supplier communication
• Coordinate warehouse activities and inventory tracking
• Conduct product inspection and quality checks
• Handle packing, labeling, and shipment coordination
• Communicate with courier and logistics teams
• Support preparation of FBA shipments
• Provide regular updates with photos, videos, and reports

Required profile

• Experience with Amazon Private Label products
• Basic knowledge of the Amazon FBA shipment process
• Ability to inspect products carefully
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Availability for physical visits when required
