Travel Desk Manager – International Visa & Travel Coordination

About the role

10xEngineers operates globally, sending teams to locations such as Spain, the USA, China, Hong Kong and more for customer engagements and conferences. We are seeking a seasoned Travel Desk Manager to lead end‑to‑end corporate travel operations, with a strong emphasis on visa processing and seamless travel coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full visa lifecycle: collect documentation, schedule appointments, and liaise with embassies and visa centres.
• Book and oversee international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all travel‑related queries, both international and domestic.
• Track travel plans to ensure all requirements are met on time.
• Coordinate travel logistics for visiting international team members when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of corporate experience in visa processing, travel coordination or related corporate travel roles.
• Deep familiarity with international visa procedures and travel logistics.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple cases independently.
