About the role

Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation Specialist to provide remote, patient‑centered care. The role focuses on delivering individualized rehabilitation programs for musculoskeletal and women’s health conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans based on clinical guidelines and patient goals.
• Apply manual therapy techniques to relieve pain and improve function.
• Design and guide therapeutic exercise programs tailored to each patient.
• Conduct mobility training to enhance movement, balance, and coordination.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain detailed patient records.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.

Required profile

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) with a focus on musculoskeletal and women’s health.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Strong clinical skills and a patient‑centered approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
