Product Manager – Account Services

About the role

The GTB Account Services Product Manager will support the Liquidity Management Head in day‑to‑day operations, product development and marketing initiatives across corporate banking. This position offers exposure to a wide range of liquidity products and corporate account services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Account Services product line and define its strategy and vision.
• Develop and drive the Account Services roadmap within the GTB portfolio.
• Identify and close gaps in operational processes to optimise end‑to‑end performance.
• Own the full corporate account opening journey, including onboarding, documentation and digital enablement.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of account types such as corporate current, escrow, client money, Vostro, Islamic, stablecoin and new business‑driven accounts.
• Define, track and report KPIs, SLAs and PnL for the Account Services portfolio.
• Design billing and pricing frameworks to ensure revenue optimisation and transparency.
• Enhance Sharia‑compliant offerings and coordinate international coverage for cross‑border client needs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Run marketing campaigns to increase corporate account acquisition in key markets.
• Collaborate with technology and project teams for feature delivery, sprint planning and execution.
