Product Manager – Consumer Finance

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Product Manager to lead the development and management of consumer lending solutions, including Shariah‑compliant financing. The role will be based in our Karachi office and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, customer‑centric financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the consumer finance product roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Assist in designing Shariah‑compliant financing structures such as Murabaha and Ijarah.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations to deliver seamless product features.
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Shariah teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Analyse portfolio performance and customer behaviour to drive data‑led decisions.
• Optimize pricing, product features and eligibility criteria for growth and profitability.
• Prepare business cases, product documentation and governance materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in product management, consumer banking, fintech or lending.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance and lending products.
• Knowledge of Islamic financing concepts is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
