Product Manager - House Finance

About the role

The Product Manager – House Finance will lead the design, launch and growth of mortgage products that meet customer needs while ensuring profitability and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with sales, risk, operations and digital teams to expand home‑ownership opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage competitive house finance products aligned with market demand.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine product features, pricing and turnaround time.
• Drive product performance through volume growth, yield optimisation and portfolio quality.
• Lead new financing solution initiatives and enhance existing offerings.
• Streamline the loan lifecycle via IT enablement and digitalisation.
• Monitor profitability by analysing cost of funds, risk‑adjusted returns and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and, where applicable, Shariah requirements.
• Support sales teams with product training and go‑to‑market coordination.
• Track key performance indicators and continuously improve product performance and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or Business Administration (MBA or M.Com preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience launching successful housing finance products in a bank, micro‑finance bank or housing finance company.
• Prior experience in sales, credit or operations related to home loans is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications such as Risk Management, Credit Analysis or product‑management credentials are a plus.
