Project Manager

About the role

Cplusoft is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead technology projects from inception to delivery at its Islamabad office. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close projects, defining scope, schedule, and budget.
• Allocate and manage resources across cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate daily activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues that arise.
• Oversee logistics and inspection processes to meet company and client requirements.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong project management background with experience in planning, execution, and team coordination.
• Proficiency in expediting and inspection practices.
• Experience in logistics management and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in the technology sector is an advantage.
