Recruitment Specialist – Remote Full‑Time Contractor

About the role

Mint Source is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its remote‑first team. Working closely with the Lead Recruiter, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for multiple client roles, from requirement gathering to candidate placement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for several client positions simultaneously.
• Source top‑tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and other platforms.
• Maintain an organized talent pool in BambooHR, tracking candidate details and interactions.
• Conduct structured screening interviews assessing hard skills and cultural fit.
• Design and coordinate role‑specific assessments such as case studies and technical tests.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and guide offer negotiations.
• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to clients and ensure smooth handoffs to the People Associate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in a remote or agency setting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and BambooHR for sourcing and candidate management.
• Strong ability to assess both technical competencies and cultural alignment.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple searches and time‑zone coordination.
