Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real‑estate portal, is seeking a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities across a designated region. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the regional team meets its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and identify new business opportunities.
• Set and track individual KPIs, conduct regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews.
• Lead, train, and mentor Sales Managers and Executives, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain relationships with key investors, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Oversee major deal negotiations, closures, and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and analyse data to optimise conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior management to align regional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in real‑estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven leadership, team‑management and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
