About the role
We are seeking a Remote Corporate Recruiter to support our hiring initiatives across the organization. In this fully remote position, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting staffing needs.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for corporate positions.
- Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep candidate documentation up to date.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Support recruitment campaigns and outreach activities.
- Ensure strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in corporate recruiting is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable with remote workflows.
- Reliable home office setup.
