About the role

We are seeking a Remote Corporate Recruiter to support our hiring initiatives across the organization. In this fully remote position, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for corporate positions.
• Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep candidate documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Support recruitment campaigns and outreach activities.
• Ensure strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in corporate recruiting is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable with remote workflows.
