Remote Data Analyst – Financial Insights

About the role
Infina Health is seeking a Remote Data Analyst to support the Finance team by turning financial and operational data into actionable insights. The role involves building data models, dashboards and communicating findings to stakeholders across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze company data to extract actionable insights and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain data models and interactive dashboards for reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives.
- Interpret and present findings to stakeholders in clear, concise formats.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong SQL querying skills.
- Programming experience in Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for visualization.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform statistical analysis.
