Remote Hiring Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Hiring Coordinator to support our recruitment operations. You will act as the central point for interview scheduling, applicant communication, and coordination of hiring activities across multiple departments, all from a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview times between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate hiring updates and confirm schedules with applicants.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment tracking tools.
• Assist recruiters with candidate management and administrative tasks.
• Ensure a smooth interview experience for all applicants.
• Track candidate progress through each recruitment stage.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of scheduling tasks.
• Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and computer setup.
