Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones.
• Conduct introductory screening calls with applicants.
• Communicate interview details, expectations, and follow‑up information to candidates.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and candidate notes in recruitment systems.
• Assist with candidate pipeline tracking and recruitment reporting.
• Follow recruitment workflows and communication procedures consistently.
• Support recruiters with administrative and operational hiring tasks.
• Meet daily productivity and communication goals.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with applicants via phone and email.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and internet connection.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer support, recruiting, virtual assistance, administration, or scheduling is preferred but not required.
