Remote MEP Takeoff Estimator (Full-Time)

About the role

Urban Estimation is expanding its estimation team and seeks four remote MEP Takeoff Estimators. The role involves producing accurate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing takeoffs for construction projects while collaborating with engineers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed MEP quantity takeoffs using digital tools.
• Validate drawings and specifications to ensure accurate measurements.
• Prepare takeoff reports and submit them within project timelines.
• Participate in virtual meetings to discuss project requirements and updates.
• Maintain organized records of all takeoff data for future reference.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering graduate.
• Minimum six months of experience in MEP takeoffs.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and personal computer.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PlanSwift.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam.
• Advanced Excel skills.
