About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will work US business hours from your home office, helping us attract and place qualified candidates across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage potential candidates through various channels.
• Conduct phone screenings and recruitment calls.
• Coordinate interview schedules and keep hiring managers informed.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support recruitment metrics and help meet hiring goals.
• Build positive relationships with applicants and internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to handle outbound calling.
• Reliable home office setup.
