Remote Tele Sales Executive – English

About the role

EA Coventry Services, a London‑based commercial cleaning provider, is expanding its sales team. The Tele Sales Executive will operate remotely from Lahore, handling inbound and outbound calls to secure recurring cleaning contracts and grow existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound telephone sales to generate new business and upsell existing customers.
• Qualify leads, understand client needs and propose suitable service packages and pricing.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM, updating status and follow‑up tasks.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
• Coordinate with operations and scheduling teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close deals while preserving long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Proven telephone sales experience in B2C or B2B service environments, preferably with recurring contracts.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, organized remote worker with reliable internet connectivity.
• Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
• Ability to collaborate with operations teams for onboarding and scheduling.
• Familiarity with the London market is an advantage.

Required skills

• CRM usage – logging interactions, managing pipelines and tracking follow‑ups.
