Retail Operations Manager

About the role

Diamond Export Industries is seeking a full‑time Retail Operations Manager to lead its on‑site retail activities in Lahore District. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving process efficiency, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and manage day‑to‑day retail operations.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain alignment with company standards, goals, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to enhance the customer experience and improve business efficiency.
• Streamline processes and ensure smooth operational flow across all retail locations.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in retail operations and operations management.
• Experience in store management and customer service.
• Excellent analytical skills for performance assessment and process optimisation.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge or experience in the textile or home‑furnishings sector is a plus.
