About the role

Threads & Motifs, a premium South Asian women’s fashion brand, is expanding its in‑store experience across major Pakistani cities. As a Retail Store Manager you will be the face of the brand in your location, overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring the store reflects the brand’s elevated aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store operations including opening, closing, staffing, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Lead hiring, training, performance management and daily coaching of store staff.
• Deliver a customer‑first experience that aligns with brand standards.
• Track sales performance, set daily/weekly targets, identify gaps and drive results.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, loss prevention and coordinate replenishment.
• Uphold in‑store brand standards and report performance, issues and opportunities to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer goods.
• Proven track record of leading and developing a high‑performing team.
• Strong operational discipline and a customer‑first mindset.
• Honest, direct communicator who escalates problems promptly.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑moving, growth‑focused environment.
