Route Lead – First‑Mile Fleet Pickups (Lahore)

About the role

The Route Lead for First‑Mile Fleet Pickups at Daraz Express (DEX) Pakistan is responsible for coordinating the collection of parcels from sellers, warehouses and dropship centres across Lahore and delivering them to the central sorting hub. The role ensures efficient routing, fleet utilisation and compliance with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Map and schedule daily pickup routes targeting high‑volume seller clusters such as Shah Alam Market, Hafeez Center, Hall Road and industrial zones.
• Adjust fleet size and vehicle type (vans, bikes) dynamically based on order volume, especially during peak campaigns.
• Enforce SLA adherence for pickup windows to avoid delays in inbound logistics.
• Act as the escalation point for major sellers regarding delayed pickups, vehicle availability or hand‑off disputes.
• Coordinate with the receiving team at the Lahore sorting centre to prevent dock congestion.
• Ensure accurate electronic scanning of packages at seller locations for real‑time tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with prior logistics experience.
