Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of seven sales and marketing professionals to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and threats.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and generate quality leads.
• Manage CRM systems to optimize customer engagement and retention.
• Forecast sales, prepare projections, and support budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics, and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in sales and marketing leadership.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and lead high‑performing teams.
