About the role

ALSYED Global Holdings is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join its Gujranwala office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct customer service activities to ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver training sessions to support team objectives and improve performance.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for product and service positioning.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at business expansion.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven ability in sales and sales management.
• Experience in training or mentoring teams.
