Specification Lead – Technical Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Specification Lead to develop and manage relationships with architects, consultants and specifiers, securing Sika product specifications in project designs and promoting our solutions across the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants and specifiers.
• Secure product specifications in project design documents.
• Promote Sika solutions through technical presentations and meetings.
• Track project pipelines and coordinate with sales for conversion.
• Provide technical input during pre‑sales and project design stages.
• Conduct product awareness sessions and specification seminars.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in technical sales or specification within the construction chemicals industry.
• Strong technical and product knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, travel and time away from home.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
