Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team at Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading online real‑estate marketplace. You will act as a bridge between customers and the sales team, handling calls, managing property projects and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for real‑estate sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and exceeding their requirements.
• Provide detailed information and insights about properties to prospective buyers.
• Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Assist the sales team in achieving targets and driving overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong communication skills.
• 1‑3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are welcome).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
