About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our high‑performing remote team. The role focuses on generating qualified SaaS leads for US‑based clients, working on US business hours from Pakistan.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls and emails to book demos with decision‑makers.
- Identify influencers within target accounts and build a qualified pipeline for Account Executives.
- Create and manage outreach cadences and sequences using best‑practice methodologies.
- Maintain accurate, clean records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over qualified leads and accelerate deal cycles.
- Drive urgency, communicate value, and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.
Required profile
- Based in Pakistan and able to work US hours (7 pm – 4 am).
- Fluent English communicator, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B technical sales or prospecting experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and booking meetings; closing experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
