About the role
Infinite Journey is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its travel agency team in Lahore. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and promoting a wide range of travel solutions, including visa consultancy, flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, corporate travel, and Umrah services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels.
- Promote travel packages and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Negotiate pricing and prepare tailored travel proposals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor market trends and suggest new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships.
- Organizational talent with the capacity to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of travel and tourism processes, including visas and documentation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in travel sales or customer service is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools.
