Sales Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Trainer to join our Islamabad office. You will design, deliver and continuously improve sales training programs for both new hires and existing team members, focusing on real‑estate sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person training sessions, role‑plays and workshops for the sales team.
• Develop training materials, manuals and presentations tailored to real‑estate sales processes.
• Coach sales staff on communication techniques, customer‑service best practices and sales methodologies to boost conversion rates.
• Assess training needs, track performance metrics and gather feedback to refine training content.
• Collaborate with management to align training programs with business goals and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering structured sales training programs.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Strong background in customer‑service coaching.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust training accordingly.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools for creating training content.
