Senior Account Officer – Treasury & Finance

About the role

Pak Petrochemical Industries Private Limited is seeking a Senior Account Officer to join its Finance/Treasury team at the Head Office in Karachi. The role focuses on managing payment processing, treasury operations and fixed‑asset accounting within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end payment lifecycle, ensuring timely vendor payments, accurate documentation and correct application of FBR withholding taxes.
• Coordinate daily treasury activities, prepare bank position reports, perform monthly bank reconciliations and support cash‑flow forecasting and financial planning.
• Maintain the fixed‑asset register, capitalize qualifying expenditures, process monthly depreciation and assist with capital‑expenditure (CAPEX) tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or part‑qualified ACCA/ICMA or CA trainee; candidates must state their current qualification on the CV.
• 2–4 years of treasury experience in a manufacturing company; applicants should highlight relevant manufacturing‑sector experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, specifically FI‑AP (Accounts Payable) and FI‑BL (Bank Accounting) modules; practical usage must be described.
