Senior Architect (Design & Build)

About the role

DBL (Design Build Live) is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and execution of its integrated design‑build projects. Based in Islamabad, you will work on end‑to‑end projects, ensuring design intent is translated into built environments with precision and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural concepts from initial brief through construction documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Lead design reviews, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Mentor junior staff and foster collaborative problem‑solving across the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure preferred.
• Proven experience in design‑build or interdisciplinary architectural projects.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
