Senior Cash Management Product Manager – Global Transaction Banking

About the role

The Senior Cash Management Product Manager will support the development and ongoing enhancement of payments and financial institution (FI) clearing capabilities within the Cash Management division. The role focuses on product‑related activities across domestic and cross‑border payments, FI clearing services and settlement support, collaborating with business, operations, technology, compliance and client‑facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Payments and FI Clearing products for corporate and institutional clients.
• Drive product improvement initiatives for domestic payments, cross‑border payments, and clearing and settlement services.
• Identify product gaps and recommend enhancements based on client feedback, operational insights and market trends.
• Support payment processing efficiency projects, including routing, straight‑through‑processing, controls and exception handling.
• Coordinate with operations and technology teams to streamline processes, reduce manual touchpoints and improve turnaround times.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and risk‑management standards, updating product documentation as needed.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication on product changes, enhancements and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in payments and clearing.
• Strong understanding of the GCC market for payments and FI clearing products.
• Proven track record of developing and commercialising new financial products.
• Experience with agile product and technology development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and people‑management skills.
