Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Hightech Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead its finance function in Lahore. You will be responsible for shaping financial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to deliver timely, accurate reports.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Present financial reports and analyses to executive management.
• Support strategic initiatives with detailed financial reporting.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to make strategic financial decisions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
