Senior Manager MSSP

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Managed Security Services (MSS) and network security operations for enterprise and client environments. The role ensures secure, scalable and compliant network infrastructures while overseeing security architecture, incident response and SOC integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end MSS delivery, ensure SLA compliance and maintain high service quality across clients.
• Design and review secure network architectures, including firewalls, segmentation, VPNs and VMware cloud environments.
• Oversee incident response, escalation handling, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement of SOC playbooks and detection use cases.
• Ensure adherence to ISO, PCI DSS and CSA standards; manage audits, risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
• Manage client relationships, conduct service reviews, provide reporting and act as escalation point for major issues.
• Drive process improvements, mentor teams, optimise security tools (SIEM, monitoring) and enhance overall MSSP capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant vendor certifications such as Fortinet, Cisco or Palo Alto.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, especially within MSP/MSSP ecosystems.
• Proven experience leading security services, incident response and compliance programmes.
