Senior Recruitment Manager (HR)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, while building a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Post and advertise job openings, review job descriptions, and screen online applications.
• Schedule interviews, collect personnel documentation, conduct reference checks, and negotiate offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define qualification requirements and employment terms.
• Create detailed job descriptions, shortlist qualified candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Maintain a candidate database and act as a liaison between candidates and managers.
• Utilize web‑based technology and social media to post vacancies, track hiring trends, and follow up with candidates.
• Produce reports on hiring plans, strategies, and metrics.
• Review and revise HR policies to ensure fair employment practices.
• Analyze recruitment software and agency performance, recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a proven placement record.
• Strong teamwork and coordination abilities.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Leadership capability to delegate tasks and train new staff.
• Effective negotiation skills for employment terms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment software.
• Experience using social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with hiring metrics and reporting tools.
