Supply Chain Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Executive to support the coordination of suppliers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products. This entry‑level position offers exposure to inventory management, risk mitigation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records, track shipments, and resolve logistical issues.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, analyze demand patterns, and forecast requirements.
• Assist in implementing inventory control measures to optimize stock and reduce carrying costs.
• Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks such as supplier disruptions, transportation delays, and quality issues.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to develop contingency plans and ensure business continuity.

Required profile

• BBA/BS in Accounting & Finance, MBA, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
