Talent Acquisition Lead (Clinical Research)

About the role

Denali Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive full‑cycle recruiting for clinical research teams. You will partner with Operations and Study Start‑Up to anticipate hiring demand, build talent pipelines, and ensure rapid site activation.

Key responsibilities

• Source niche clinical talent including PIs, Sub‑Investigators, CRCs, Regulatory, QA, and central operations staff.
• Develop and execute hiring plans with executive leadership, defining role scopes, competencies, and sourcing strategies.
• Build industry relationships to generate high‑quality referrals.
• Reduce time‑to‑hire and accelerate site activation through efficient processes.
• Own end‑to‑end candidate experience with fast feedback, transparent timelines, and respectful communication.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate credentialing and GCP/ICH verification steps with QA/Compliance for smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare or clinical research, preferably with clinical trial staffing.
• Strong ability to identify, engage, and assess talent.
• Demonstrated work ethic and drive for quality and excellence.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) standards
