Talent Sourcer

About the role

Remote Raven is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join its internal recruitment team. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound outreach to identify, engage and qualify candidates for US‑based client companies, operating fully remotely on US Mountain Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make 30–50+ outbound calls daily to active and passive candidates across multiple open searches.
• Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, ZipRecruiter, Indeed Resume and referral channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines that support concurrent searches across various industries.
• Conduct phone screens to assess skills, experience, availability, salary expectations and role interest.
• Log all candidate interactions, notes and pipeline status in the ATS on the same business day.
• Track personal activity metrics (calls, conversations, screens, submittals) and meet weekly sourcing benchmarks.
• Identify sourcing roadblocks early and propose alternative channels.

Required profile

• Motivated by high‑volume outbound activity and comfortable handling frequent rejections.
• Disciplined in maintaining a clean ATS while achieving daily dial targets.
• Able to work independently from a home office and align work hours with US Mountain Time.
• Strong communication skills for clear candidate engagement and handoff to recruiters.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (or advanced LinkedIn search).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Cold‑calling and phone screening techniques.
• Familiarity with resume sourcing platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter and Jobstreet.
