Tax Compliance Specialist – Lahore

About the role

Gold Times Accessories is seeking a dedicated Tax Compliance Specialist to manage tax-related activities across all its branches in Lahore. The role involves filing, documentation, and reconciliation of various taxes while ensuring strict adherence to Pakistani tax laws.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and reconcile salary tax, withholding tax, and advance income tax data from all branches.
• Issue tax certificates and challans to vendors, employees, and customers.
• Submit withholding tax, salary tax, and EOBI payments to the Federal Board of Revenue.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms on tax matters and resolve branch‑vendor tax issues.
• Prepare monthly salary tax calculations and integrate them with the payroll system.
• File monthly and annual federal sales tax returns, reconcile imports, and maintain bill of entry records.
• Handle service sales tax returns, maintain exemption certificates, and ensure labor‑law compliance.
• Keep branches updated on new tax law amendments and support other tax‑related assignments from the Head Office.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
• Strong knowledge of income tax, withholding tax, sales tax, and related statutory regulations in Pakistan.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work across multiple branches without direct team management responsibilities.
