About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Technical Customer Service Representative to provide high‑quality support through Gorgias CRM for global e‑commerce brands. This full‑time remote position offers an immediate start for qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level technical support via Gorgias CRM (email, chat, and troubleshooting).
• Analyze data and offer insights to improve the customer experience.
• Own ticket resolution end‑to‑end with accountability and urgency.
• Track backlogs and ensure all customer queries are resolved promptly.
• Deliver clear, quality‑based communication that supports customer success.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year hands‑on experience using Gorgias.
• 1+ year experience in technical support or troubleshooting roles.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort navigating CRMs.
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and resourceful.
• Experience in e‑commerce or SaaS support is a strong plus.
