Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

The Technical Delivery Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements. This remote position acts as the primary technology subject‑matter expert and coordinates cross‑functional teams to achieve client and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align client requirements with company goals.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, monitoring milestones, deliverables, and budget adherence.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders, identify issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Analyze project economics, provide cost‑benefit feedback, and approve beneficial plan modifications.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, QA engineers, and designers using Agile methodologies.
• Support the design and development of mobile and web applications.
• Stay informed of industry trends and communicate future project opportunities to customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10‑12 years of software development experience, with 3‑4 years in project or delivery management.
• Proven experience working in US Central Time Zone environments.
• Professional Project Management or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
