About the role
The Technical Support Engineer will deliver after‑sales technical assistance for a portfolio of terminal and system products. The role focuses on ensuring reliable operation, rapid issue resolution, and continuous improvement of product quality to meet customer expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide after‑sales technical support for all products, including terminals and system equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and relocate system equipment as needed.
- Promote and improve product quality to align with customer service demands.
- Perform maintenance activities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Required profile
- Higher technical education in radio communications, radio electronics, or telecommunications.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Background in communication or related industries.
- Hands‑on experience with radio engineering, equipment installation, and commissioning of switching equipment.
- Familiarity with radio measuring devices.
