About the role
The Territory Sales Manager (OOH – Islamabad) will lead sales activities for the Out‑of‑Home (OOH) segment, overseeing the achievement of primary and secondary sales targets across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve primary and secondary sales volume and value targets while ensuring product availability and strong partner ROI.
- Improve distribution KPIs such as outlet productivity, new outlet inductions, key outlet development, and optimized drop size.
- Plan, prepare and manage monthly sales budgets for distributors, focusing on cost efficiency and profitability.
- Manage key Food Service channels including HoReCa, Business & Industry, HELT, and Armed Forces to expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activity and category movements, providing daily market insights to management.
- Lead field sales operations to meet annual business objectives and safeguard distributor profitability.
- Ensure compliance with distribution and warehouse SOPs to maintain operational discipline.
