Travel Sales Agent – Call Center Specialist (Islamabad)

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Sales Agent – Call Center Specialist to join our growing call centre team in Islamabad, supporting a UK‑based travel agency. The role focuses on selling international flights and hotel bookings while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Sell international flights and hotel bookings based on client needs.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable travel options.
• Follow up leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain professional service throughout the booking process.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency or travel call centre.
• Previous travel sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Target‑driven and confident handling phone interactions.

Required skills

• Experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre.

What we offer

• Basic salary of PKR 55,000–65,000 per month.
• Attractive sales commission on top of the base salary.
• Full‑time, on‑site position at Capital Technology Park, Chak Shahzad.
