Vice President, Finance & Operations

About the role

The Vice President, Finance & Operations will lead the finance function for Banyan Canopy Group, overseeing financial governance, treasury, and operational infrastructure across the Pakistan platform. Reporting to corporate finance leadership and partnering with the General Manager, the role ensures alignment with global standards while driving scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all financial reporting, month‑end close, and balance‑sheet governance for the group and related entities.
• Maintain high standards of reporting accuracy, accrual discipline, reconciliation integrity, and variance transparency.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in partnership with the General Manager.
• Support platform EBITDA performance through cost governance and financial insight.
• Develop and monitor internal control frameworks aligned with global standards.
• Provide financial modeling, scenario analysis, and KPI tracking for strategic decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory, tax, and regulatory filings.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership, preferably within a technology or software services environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial reporting and control environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to influence strategic planning and capital allocation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with executive leadership and global finance teams.
