About the role

Travel Studio is seeking a dynamic professional to join its team in Punjab as a Visa Consultant and Senior Travel Operations Manager. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through visa and immigration processes while overseeing the end‑to‑end travel operations that ensure seamless journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on visa, immigration and travel solutions.
• Oversee the preparation, submission and tracking of visa applications.
• Resolve immigration‑related concerns and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including tickets, hotels and insurance.
• Lead and mentor a team of travel specialists to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Expert knowledge of local and international visa processes.
• Strong consulting and client‑advisory abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in travel operations management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead with a solutions‑driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
