About the role
Gold Times Accessories is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations for its growing mobile phone accessories business in Lahore. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory, dispatch, and a team of ten staff members to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Supervise and assign tasks to a team of 10 warehouse staff, monitoring productivity and enforcing safety standards.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with procurement, sales, logistics partners, and couriers.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and monitor fast‑moving SKUs.
- Implement and uphold SOPs, safety guidelines, and housekeeping practices.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and drive process improvements to reduce errors and costs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum five years of warehouse management experience, preferably in mobile accessories, electronics, retail or distribution.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage high‑volume multi‑SKU inventory and adapt workflows to changing demand.
