About the role

Dawood Family Takaful Ltd is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead its Karachi branch. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on daily operations, team leadership, and business growth within the Islamic life‑insurance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales and support staff.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Monitor branch performance, customer satisfaction and operational metrics.
• Implement marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Islamic financial principles.

Required profile

• Intermediate or graduate level education.
• Proven selling experience in Takaful or the broader financial industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving for operational decisions.
• Knowledge of Islamic insurance products is a plus.
