About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our support team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails and social-media messages.
  • Provide product information, order status updates and process orders, returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Resolve complaints patiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Required profile

  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.

Required skills

  • Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook.
  • Proficiency in email etiquette.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
