About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our support team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails and social-media messages.
- Provide product information, order status updates and process orders, returns and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Resolve complaints patiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook.
- Proficiency in email etiquette.
- Experience using CRM tools.
