Data Entry Operator & Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Operator and Analyst to join our team. The role combines accurate data entry with basic analytical tasks, ensuring our databases remain reliable and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
• Verify and review entered data for completeness and correctness.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of internal and external information.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold data quality and consistency.
• Assist in developing and refining data management processes.
• Generate reports and data analysis summaries as needed.
• Identify and correct data entry errors using quality‑control methods.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data entry or data analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
