Executive Planning & Operations Support (KTR-II)

About the role
PTCL Group is seeking an Executive Planning & Operations Support professional (KTR-II) to drive network performance and ensure high‑quality installations. You will work within a hybrid model, collaborating with field teams to meet key performance indicators and enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and improve KPIs such as MTTR, MTTP, CHI and installation quality.
- Execute maintenance projects on copper and fiber‑to‑the‑home (FTTx) networks to meet SLA targets.
- Identify and implement preventive maintenance strategies for network reliability.
- Ensure accurate mapping of network infrastructure.
- Promote health, safety and environmental compliance to reduce accidents among field workers and vendors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication or Computer Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in network operations and management.
- Familiarity with health, safety and environmental standards in a telecom environment.
