About the role
We are looking for a Financial Operations & Accounting Specialist to own financial records, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple entities. This is a hands‑on, execution‑driven position that goes beyond basic bookkeeping, focusing on data accuracy and process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile financial records for several entities in QuickBooks.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies to keep audit‑ready data.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and build tracking systems in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Track property‑level expenses, capital expenditures, and interest activity.
- Coordinate with banks and vendors to verify transaction details.
- Identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and document repeatable processes.
Required profile
- Extremely detail‑oriented with a strong accuracy mindset.
- Analytical thinker who enjoys solving data discrepancies.
- Comfortable managing multi‑entity financial workflows.
- Self‑sufficient, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communicator with clear, professional English.
Required skills
- QuickBooks (multi‑entity preferred).
- Advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (complex trackers, formulas, data structuring).
- Google Drive for document management.
- Slack and email‑based workflow coordination.
